ATELIER COMMUNITY APPLICATION FORM

1. PASTCERAM – PASTAS CERÂMICAS S.A. (hereinafter “PASTCERAM”), with registered office at Zona Industrial Casal da Areia – Lote 38/39 2460-392 Cós – Alcobaça (Portugal) and NIPC 505689111 is the data controller.

The data collected will be used to analyse and follow up on your request to join/apply to PASTCERAM’s community of workshops, on the basis of pre-contractual steps and the execution of the contract, and will be kept for the period necessary for the execution of the contract, or for a period of one year if the membership/application is not continued.

3. The personal data collected within the scope of this form and for this purpose may relate to you (if you are an individual entrepreneur), or to a person as an employee of a company or studio – in the latter case, you must ensure that the consent of the respective employee (the data subject) has been obtained for the processing of their data; a circumstance for which PASTCERAM is not responsible.
